For many years my family has used the beaches in our neighborhood. Now all are fenced off and access is denied and signs posted say private property owned by beach associations. Where are the public access points in Rocky Point? Can only the priviledged few use the beaches now? I thought as a US Citizen all had access up to the high water mark. Please tell me how our community has allowed this to happen?
